Texas employment attorney Rob Wiley is proud to offer our services to workers in the San Antonio area.  Mr. Wiley has over ten years of experience as a Texas employment lawyer.  Mr. Wiley is board certified in labor & employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Mr. Wiley began his employment law firm in March, 2000 in Dallas and opened the San Antonio office in July, 2010.

Mr. Wiley is proud to represent workers in employment disputes and lawsuits.  Mr. Wiley has represented countless employees in discrimination and retaliation claims, lawsuits for leave violations, and actions for unpaid wages.  Mr. Wiley has represented plaintiffs in class actions for unpaid overtime wages.  Mr. Wiley has also handled complex and multiparty claims for age discrimination.

Mr. Wiley is a frequent speaker at training and educational events for other employment lawyers.  Recently, Mr. Wiley spoke on ethics at the 2011 State Bar of Texas Advanced Employment Law seminar in Austin, Texas.  Mr. Wiley presented a Year-in-Review paper at the December, 2010 meeting of the Dallas Bar Association Section on Labor and Employment Law.  Mr. Wiley lectured about developments in overtime law at the 2010 annual conference of the Texas Employment Lawyers Association in Guanajuato, Mexico.  Mr. Wiley has worked on a national level as an advocate for ENDA, a law that would protect gay, lesbian, and transgendered employees from workplace discrimination.

Mr. Wiley is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Tulane Law School, where he graduated with honors.

Greg Placzek

San Antonio employment attorney Greg Placzek manages the San Antonio office of Rob Wiley, P.C.  Mr. Placzek represents workers in a variety of employment disputes.  Mr. Placzek began working for the law office of Rob Wiley, P.C. in 2009 and opened the San Antonio office in 2010.  While in law school, Mr. Placzek interned with the Department of Labor.

Mr. Placzek received his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.  Mr. Placzek graduated sixth in his class of over three hundred law students and was awarded his law degree magna cum laude.
